Lisbon too emerged from seven hills, but unlike its Mediterranean counterpart the air of this seafaring capital is charged with the electrifying pulse of the Atlantic Ocean.

Near Jardim Guerra Junqueiro, popularly nicknamed Jardim da Estrella (Garden of Star), a wedge shaped building sits pointing uphill at the intersection of Rua São Bernardo and Travessa de S. Plácido.

The owners wish to breathe new life into their second floor apartment in this turn-of-the-(last)-century building (1890).

The apartment has been renovated repeatedly over the years in a piecemeal fashion, covering and removing original features. Our proposal aspires to bring new luster to the old and reenvisions urban life in the 2020s.
